CT University Salutes Courage: Heroes in Khakhi Awards

CT University proudly hosted the Police Awards Ceremony, "Heroes in Khakhi," to pay tribute to the courage, commitment and sacrifice of the Police Department.

The prestigious event was graced by esteemed guests, Sh. Shubham Agarwal, DCP Ludhiana, as the Chief Guest and ACP Gurdev Singh and ACP Traffic Gurpreet Singh as Guest of Honour.

The university honoured police personnel across various ranks, including ACP, Inspector, Sub-Inspector, ASI, Head Constable, Senior Constable, Constable, and Clerk.

The ceremony featured cultural performances, including poetry recitals, dance performances, and singing. Students showcased their talents, and police officers demonstrated their skills, making the event a memorable one.

The event culminated in a cake-cutting ceremony, symbolising the university's appreciation for the police department's tireless efforts.

Pro Chancellor Dr. Manbir Singh expressed his admiration for the bravery and selflessness of the police personnel, stating, “We are honoured to recognise the tireless efforts of our police forces, who work relentlessly to maintain law and order and ensure our safety.”

Sh. Shubham Agarwal, DCP Ludhiana, praised the university's initiative, saying, “It's a proud moment to see CT University acknowledging the dedication and hard work of our police department. We are grateful for this recognition.”

The ceremony was a testament to CT University's commitment to acknowledging and appreciating the contributions of the police department. By hosting this event, the university aims to foster a sense of community and solidarity between the police and the public.
