CT UNIVERSITY JOINS HANDS WITH DMC&H TO COMMEMORATE WORLD TUBERCULOSIS DAY

Unite to End TB: CT University and DMC&H Ludhiana Organise Awareness Event

CT University, in collaboration with Dayanand Medical College and Hospital (DMC&H) Ludhiana, observed World Tuberculosis Day with a special event aimed at raising awareness about tuberculosis among students of School of Health Sciences, Allied Health Sciences and Optometry.

The event, held at LT-1, Dumra Auditorium, DMC&H, featured an expert talk by Dr. Veenu Gupta, who shared valuable insights on TB prevention, symptoms and treatment. The session was followed by a Q&A round, where students actively participated, asking thought-provoking questions and engaging in meaningful discussions.

Dr. Veenu Gupta, the esteemed speaker, commented, "Tuberculosis is a pressing public health concern that requires collective efforts to combat. It's heartening to see students and institutions like CT University and DMC&H Ludhiana taking proactive steps to raise awareness and promote education on TB prevention and management.
