Resume Building: Guidance is provided to students for crafting professional resumes, highlighting their skills, projects, and achievements. Mock Interviews: Students participate in mock interviews, group discussions, and workshops to build confidence. 2. Recruiter Invitation Invitation Sent to Recruiters: CTU invites reputed companies and organizations via email and phone Job Description Collection: Recruiters share detailed job descriptions, including role, eligibility criteria, compensation, and location. Schedule Confirmation: Based on mutual convenience, dates for pre-placement talks (PPT) and recruitment drives are finalized. 3. Pre-Placement Talk (PPT) Company Presentation: Recruiters present details about their organization, job role, growth opportunities, and work culture. Q&A Session: Students interact with company representatives to clarify doubts and understand expectations. 4. Placement Registration Student Registration: Eligible students register for the placement drive via the CTU placement consent form. Resume Submission: Resumes of interested students are shared with recruiters for initial screening. 5. Recruitment Process The recruitment process is conducted in the following stages, based on the company’s requirements: Aptitude/Technical Test: Online or offline tests to evaluate students' analytical, technical, and problem-solving abilities.
