Law, as we know it today, is an extension of principles of dharma or nayay in the ancient period. Legal education is the first step towards laying the foundation of knowledge and critical thinking. School of Law, CT University is not just adding up numbers to available options under the law school list. We strive to provide our students with practical knowledge as much as possible along with the basics of law and to hone the legal acumen of each student. The objective of the School of Law, CTU is to train young minds with strong fundamentals, sound legal knowledge and skill–set to deal, answer and fight for just and legal causes. School of Law strives to produce competent law graduates who can be instrumental in delivering goods as Advocates, Judicial officers, Legal advisors and Law officers/Executives not only in the legal arena but in the corporate and business world as well. Since its inception, the USOL ensures that its curriculum encompasses all paradigm shifts in legal as well as legal studies.

University School of Law, established in the year 2018 under the aegis of CT University, Punjab, with a vision to produce promising and credible legal professionals with potential knowledge and skill in the legal field. In a short span, USOL has gained the credibility to be known as one of the best law schools in the Punjab region. Since its inception, the USOL has attempted varied strategies to impart legal education and execute the curriculum in various diploma and degree programmes in law like B.A., LL.B. -Five Years Integrated Course B.Com, LL.B.-Five Years Integrated Course LL.B. Three Years Course, LL.M.-Masters in-laws, Ph.D. in law and various diplomas. Our primary objective is to evolve and impart comprehensive and interdisciplinary legal education that is socially relevant. With this objective in hand, we aim to promote legal and ethical values and foster the rule of law envisioned under the Constitution of India. Apart from imparting legal education we also aim to promote legal awareness in the community and engage our students in bringing social change.
USOL ensures to revise and upgrade its curriculum on a regular basis to include the latest laws and contemporary issues within the syllabi. The students are encouraged to participate in every activity and are prepared for every competition. We, at USOL, strive to extend the same congenial environment of excellence that we have provided on campus to the concept of online education as well. I am sure that the new batches of Undergraduate and Postgraduate students will become an integral part of the university culture and will strive to accomplish greater heights and opportunities in life.
