During the pandemic we were advised not touch the face especially for the doctor and the nurses. Having all this in mind we have designed a smart COVID-19 band which is already patented. This band with give the real time feedback to the user if the hand of the user tries to touch the face and the band will stop the user to do so. According to a study it was observed that a normal human being touches the face 23 times in one hour. So, this band will psychologically train the brain to stop touching the face. Dr. Harmeet Singh, Deputy Director IPR cell and inventor of this band added, “This band  is already patented and ready for the commercialization. The technology used in this band can be implemented in the existing smart band as well as we can make new band”. The cost of the band is less thousand rupee and can be used easily.
