How to Apply

Important Notice:Dual registration is mandatory. To secure your virtual seat, participants must complete registration on both the official MMTTC portal and the institutional Google Form.

Step 01: Register on the MMTTC Portal

Complete your official registration through the UGC-Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Programme portal.

  1. Visit the official portal: https://mmc.ugc.ac.in/

  2. First-time users should create a new account using their primary email ID.

  3. Retrieve the temporary password sent to your email, log in, and update your password.

  4. From your dashboard, select: “Apply for NEP Theme Training”

  5. Choose the training centre: Central University of Gujarat

  6. Select the programme code: MMC-025-2026-JULY-B-08130

  7. Complete the remaining registration steps and submit your application.

Step 02: Complete the Collaboration Google Form

After successful registration on the UGC portal, submit your localized participant details through the collaboration form.

Note: Submission of both the UGC portal registration and Google form is mandatory for participation.

To maintain the highest standards of academic excellence under UGC guidelines, participants are requested to carefully review the eligibility criteria and certification requirements.

Who Can Attend?

  • Faculty Members: Academic personnel from Universities, Colleges, and Private Higher Education Institutions, including Permanent, Temporary, Ad-hoc, Guest Faculty, and Tutor designations.
  • Research Scholars: Research scholars, post-doctoral fellows, and other academic staff involved in teaching and learning processes.

Critical Guidelines for Certification

  • No Objection Certificate (NOC) Submission of a valid NOC from the parent institution is mandatory for participation and certification.
  • Strict Attendance A 100% attendance record across all live online sessions is compulsory.
  • Evaluation & Assessment Participants must secure the minimum passing marks in assessments, tests, projects, assignments, and daily activities to receive the completion certificate.
