Yoga helps one to purify not just the human body but human soul. For celebrating the importance of Yoga in life, CT University’s Department of Sports and Physical Education marked International Yoga Day in which Dr. Aman Sood, Yoga Trainer who holds a Guinness World Record remained the guest trainer.
Keeping the 2021’s theme “Yoga for Well Being” on mind, the guest trainer conducted this yoga session offline at the University campus. The event was graced by Vice Chancellor Dr. Harsh Sadawarti along with a few staff members. The audience was motivated to opt yoga and perform every day to stay fit and lead a healthy life in order to strengthen the immune system in the period of COVID-19.
