The WEC Committee shall create sensitization and awareness amongst CTU staff and students as per the attached Handbook of on Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. On a case-to-case basis, the WEC shall be invoked / empowered to conduct investigations and submit reports for corrective action by competent authorities.
Internal Complaint Committee & Women Redressal Cell
In compliance with the provisions of the Sexual Harassment at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2013, an Internal Complaint Committee (ICC) is hereby established at CT University, Ludhiana. The committee consists of the following members, as outlined by the University Grants Commission guidelines for the year 2022. Its primary responsibility is to address complaints from both students and staff concerning any alleged incidents of sexual harassment and provide recommendations for appropriate actions to be taken.
