Human Resource Development Center

Human Resource Development Centre, CT University, on Ferozepur Road, Ludhiana, Punjab, India. It was established in 2016 under C.T. University Act, 2016. The university is approved by University Grants Commission. CTU offers a full range of academic programs at the undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral level. The University Grants Commission (UGC) to provide in-service training to college and university lecturers. According to the UGC proposal, this Centre offers different types of in-service training programmes for:-

Faculty Members:

Gurudakshata (Faculty Induction Programme)

For newly appointed teachers within one year of their joining service.

Refresher Course

for teachers having more than 2 years of teaching experience. Refresher Courses are organized in specific disciplines.

Short Term Course/Faculty Development Programme

STC/FDP for focussed competency development.
