Apply for your Online Blockchain Secured Documents
- Step 1: Click on your application form link: https://verification.ctuniversity.in/#alumni
- Step 2: Enter your details and upload your printed document. All fields are mandatory. Please note that your request can be declined if wrong or
incorrect information is submitted. - Step 3: Issuance of the document typically takes 2 to 3 working days. You will receive an email once your request is approved by CT University. This email contains a One Time Code, Smart PDF and a JSON file that can be uploaded on the verification portal https://verification.ctuniversity.in/. The One Time Code is for Single Use only. Experience verifying your own credentials by clicking on the logo, you will be redirected to the Alumni Verification page. Under the Student Tab, enter your One Time code and view the blockchain verification page your verifiers will be able to access.
Document Verification Process
Your Potential Employers or Higher Studies Institutions from any part of the world can verify your Blockchain-Secured Documents once you share the
Smart PDF with them.
On receiving the approved email, share your Smart PDF with your verifiers. Your document can be verified globally.
- Step 1: Once the Verifier clicks on the logo, they will be requested to enter their details and pay a Verification Fee of ₹500.
- Step 2: They will receive a One Time Code which has to be entered by clicking the logo from the PDF. They will be able to verify your credentials by checking the Issuing Authority, Issuer’s Public Key and Transaction ID. This one time code can be entered multiple times within a period of 15 days from date of receipt.
- Step 3: Additionally, once they view the verification page, they can click on the “Request an Official email button” to receive an additional confirmation email from CT University at no charge.
