Course Overview

Diploma in Food Production empowers the students with plenty of career opportunities. Upon completion of the diploma, the students can work as cook, chef, food suppliers, banquet manager, purchasing manager, and food production director. Diploma holders also get qualified for becoming Commis in hotels, restaurants, fast-food companies, and retail kitchens. The course is provided at the undergraduate level for a duration of four years (CBCS) during which the students are taught the subjects like food production, bakery & confectionery, food and beverage service, corporate communication, principles of Hotel Mangement, front office operations.
